The Tonic which India Requires..

Has the time come for the politicians to prove their loyalty to the country? Will they have the will power to cross party lines and stand up for the nation? If yes let us rewrite history.
The 3 point agenda more powerful than an economic stimulus other countries are providing, this would be a propeller which would enable India to rapidly change gears.

1. Forgo Elections 2009.
2. Let the country’ s democracy take a break for five years. Let the best leaders and bureaucrats take over and lead a pseudo democratic country for five years. The leaders presently are tired loyalists and not qualified administrators but wise foxes of the political system . This may sound like socialism but we have to swallow a bitter pill. Its time we rewrite history with a new governance model “SOCIO-DEMOCRACY”.

3. We have to take all the actions which we have not taken since the independence. Our leaders have been chalking political strategies rather than governmental strategies. We require a consensus not an open opposition to any form of progress.  Leave the Orange and Red colors and take the country’s colors on top. We united to fight the British to raise a common color and we now are tearing it again into pieces. We have an open palm which looks like a stop signal. We have to tilt it to allow the country to progress else they would sink along with people on the lotus.
We have wasted enough time looking left and right rather than ahead. If the politicians have a heart and represent the people we want a report card. Its time democracy takes a sabbatical since its lost meaning in India its more like “DEMO” of  the “CRAZY”.

The country has been voting either way from the time of independence hoping for the best. But have been let down time and again. If we progress towards election 2009 the country is going to be split and the politicians have to waste our energies in pleasing each other rather than the common man.

We are now at the brink of a make or break situation. There are multiple situations which have to be dealt simultaneously with equal finesse. We can no more depend on other nations since they are dealing with problems of their own. If we don’t clean our backyard we are going to succumb to a fatal illness and go spiraling down an abyss.

We have poverty, the economic meltdown and security. All have to be dealt with equal seriousness and speed. The next 6 months are crucial. If we squander it away in political strategies we are going to repent for lost time.

If their answer is no, India will move towards an accelerated  death.

HINDUTAVA IS NOT HINDUISM AND JEHAD IS NOT ISLAM

The extremist groups are openly mocking our law and order system as we just look on. Its time we address the issue from a different perspective. Trying to catch the people who have taken lives and emotions of people for granted is a small step in curbing the menace.

My sympathy lies entirely with the country's police force who are trying to probe in the dark to find the source of darkness. The people with whom they are dealing are mentally brainwashed and their life is now a mere  resource. We must deal not with the culprits but their masters. Access to their masters is a political/International issue. Hence we must protect our public from being brainwashed.

The communities both the Hindu and Muslim leaders (not the politically affiliated ones) must take the initiative in trying to spread harmony among their group and spread the value of life. Its only steps like these which can stop these attacks.

In addition the government must go ahead and sponsor inter communal documentaries to stop the spread of communal hatred which might stem out of this current situation.

Only steps like this can ensure a safe country.

Independence Day has reduced to a mere farce!!

Jammu and Kashmir Burns, Cash for votes, Death due to protests and today is Independence Day 15th August 2008. A day when the near and dear one of the dead grieve for the victims, a group of black heart representatives of the democratic republic of India make merry by breaching the trust of the people and rotting the country from within. Is this what we broke the shackles of the British for? People in every corner of the country have a tear in their eye out of daily problems rather than have the sole tear when the national anthem plays.
We take pride in the golden bullet but one cannot ignore the thousands of bullets that has turned Paradise on earth to the uncontrolled inferno. Has the interpretation of the opening page of the constitution been misinterpreted.
We are a Sovereign country where the people representatives claim their share before their voters get a glimpse.Where Socialism is represented by a pseudo-representative constituting a new class of capitalist.Democracy has been taken for granted where its been interpreted in more than one way from freedom to lynch to freedom to rioting.Though India is a not a Republic by its true sense but its been implemented in a subtle way to gather the popular franchise and help to ruin Secular nature. Who says the when the British left they took "Divide and Rule" back with them. Our politicians are a ardent followers of that principle.
Justice has been the elusive commodity in the country where the speed has become proportional to the amount of media coverage. Liberty of thought and expression to instigate communities and their emotions, the instigator stay back in a Air Conditioned police van to return back to one place of residence in 3 hours. Equality of status determined by birth and not by needs. Fraternity assuring dignity of the individual which may be implemented in another 5 year plan.
So do we celebrate Independence or stare at the dark future which India is spiraling into if unabated.

'GURU' is a well directed mockery of The Judiciary

The "biopic" GURU was a very well directed film and excellent performances came from all quarters. But the director claims it wasn't a biopic. So it means he need not have portrayed the wrong things in the reel life which people tend to emulate in real. There were few controversial Incidents in the movie which can pass the wrong meaning to its viewers. There were 2 things which the censor board didn't take into account, the glorification of Dowry and the wrong portrayal of the judiciary.

The movie portrayed the lead actor marrying the lead actress only because of dowry and without any other reason. Isn't this a direct example of what the audiences with the wrong motive may take and claim when the educated can practice this why can't we?

It also portrayed that the lead actor has committed a lot of financial crimes and he gets away with an emotional speech which the judiciary feels is right and acquits him. The lead actor is portrayed as a hero for performing financial scams.

I personally feel it's the directors' responsibility to convey the story (when not a biopic) in a manner which does not promote anti-social and anti-nationalistic incidents and the public mapping their crimes to the "hero's" of yester years.

'NU'CLEAR OR 'UN'CLEAR

The Nuclear deal has been portrayed as an Unclear deal. Are we trying to question the commitment or the judgement power of the country's economic liberator.
Its time the opposition understands that the contents of the nuclear safeguard deal cannot be made public and its are safe hands of a person who for once has put his foot down for the future of the nation. In addition the opposition must stop fighting over the past and not let the future let go through their hands. Lets pray that the religious shrine does not suffer a blackout due to lack of energy. They are responsible for the lives of over a billion people. For once us break the shackles of party, regional and communal divide and stand up for the nation.
Its time we support our Honorable Prime minister and back him to the hilt. The Members of parliament must not take their position based on party lines but rather on lines who elected them. We have elected 543 marvels of god and not a dozen of them. If they fail to exercise their right then who is he representing the people or the high command. Lets pray that prudence prevails.

CURIOSITY IS GOING TO KILL MANKIND

It is high time that we as a global community stop carrying on pleasure trips and non consequential space mission. NASA states that a space craft burns two hundred and fifty thousand liters of fuel every minute during its launch. With the ever increasing pattern of the rich going on pleasure trips to space and aeronautical companies striving towards feasible business models in space travel, it is going to be tough to control this global warming accelerator.

It’s sad to see Indias man on the moon mission being pursued with such vigor as the country suffering from irregular weather patterns causing loss of life and property.

Its time that the world prioritizes its space program keeping in view the impact on mankind. We have made the mistake once it will be foolish to pursue space programs in the name of progressive science. There may be a day where we find a microbe millions of light years away but no one to appreciate it.

We as global citizens must make sure that we can have a sustainable environment and strive towards fulfilling the same.

How to prevent Idle time broadband usage during scheduled downloads

Hi Guys,

I had a problem with BSNL broadband. When I'd leave anything for download during the free hours I'd see around 200MB+ data transfer even though the download would have started at 2.45AM. I now attributed this to the idle time clocking. So i put together some simple steps and have achived 0MB data transfer during night downloads.

you can access the steps at:
